So if I reduce my insulin resistance naturally, do you think it would drive more nutrients to my mussels? Also I would like your opinion on Creatine. I know that the sugar mixed in with the prepared kind would defeat the goals in the primer phase, but how about creatine and fruit juice during the growth phase?

Insulin resistance is decreased by reducing the amount of insuling your body is required to produce and use. This means that with a high sugar diet you would produce lots of insulin, overload your cellular receptor sites, and mind up insulin resistant. If you take insulin exteranlly then you would become more insulin resistant over time.

The Growth Phase of the Naturally Massive program works toward boosting insulin production and increasing nutrient uptake. However, the Primer Phase is necessary in order to reduce insulin resistance, but during this time nutrient uptake of cells won't be as high. The process is necessary though if one wants to get the surge in growth that the program produces.

As for the Creatine question, I have an outline of this in the supplements section of the Growth Phase only. Take it as directed there and then stop when doing the Primer Phase. Corn Sugar mixed with Kool-Aid is a better sweetening choice than fruit juice, as it produces a stronger insulin spike.
