Starting fat burn truth program

I just got your fat burn truth e-book, and I look forward to starting this program. I really like your ideas about fat loss. That is why I wanted to follow your programs. I will keep you posted on how things go on my progress. Also, I watched the preview for your "Facing Goliath" film. I think it is great that you are so interested in helping and encouraging others! For me, at age 42, the whole process of body transformation is gonna be a "Goliath" for me. But I want to get it done! Thanks for writing this great and informative book about fat loss!
