I can already see some development happening. I can only imagine what the results would look like if I stay on track. All in good time.
I've done a couple of different workout programs in the past, 2 days on 1 day off, 5 days in a row and 3 days on 1 day off. Working out for 1 1/2-2 hours and doing to much in one day. Never really getting the results I wanted. Oh yah, I've also read alot and they didn't feel right.
I feel much better and hope to compete in the near future. Drink lots of WATER!!!
