Hey Bas, I just wanted to update you on my progress. Since reading your program in Feb.08 I have slowly been advancing through a self imposed conditioning phase to get my body ready for the inevitable assault. I’ve been gradually increasing my activity levels, but very strictly following the foods recommended in your list, not so much the quantities though. Everything was proceeding nicely, the weight steadily fell off until a few weeks ago when it stopped and plateud. Then I took your water intake challenge. Within one week I lost another 10 pounds. Feb.1 my weight was 240 pounds. Today, April.1 I am 210 pounds and ready to engage your program full blast. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
