Bas,

I have completed week 1 of the weight lifting routine of the primer phase. My question is, is this routine ok to repeat for a few weeks until I get to my goal build or should I change it up? I'm really not looking for constant gains. I just trying to peak out once my body looks the way I want it too. I don't really care about how much I can lift or how much mass I have, I just want to look good.

I guess to shorten my point, I want to look more like Sylvester Stallone or Jean-Claude Van Damme but not so much like The Arnold or Lou Ferrigno

I sometimes use the Primer Phase as a weight loss program for a few weeks, especially if I am in situation where my goal is to get leaner, rather than add extra muscle.

If you are already reasonably lean and want to add moderate muscle tone, I would still go back and forth between the two. The program will keep you lean as you add that extra bit of mass.
