I am not as familiar with this specific product, but I took a look at it and it looks a lot like a number of colonic cleansing treatments that are out there. So in general terms I can tell you what I know, which likely applies to much of this stuff.
My take on these is that they are good up to a point, but slightly misleading. The good is that your body does retain many toxins over time and particularly in the colon, which can build up a hardened mucous lining that slow nutrient absorption if left untreated. Your body also can retain more fluid when toxins remain present in thhe system.
What happens with these cleans treatments is that they help your body soften and eliminate the colonic toxin build up, also known as mucosum (I believe). This can cause drastic drops in fluid retention as toxins, excess fluids and hardened mucous lining is released from the body. You tend to find an energy boost will come for a while after as more of what you consume is uttilized through the entire digestive system.
I call these programs slightly misleading, as the claims for their being a weight loss program, tends to be more an issue of fluid loss than actual fat loss for the most part. However, the improved nutrient absorption does reduce carb cravings and improve your metabolism, so it's not all hype.
I recommend these once in a blue moon, but to be effective they should be followed up with a healthy diet on the long term or your body just winds up in the same state again. Doing too many of these cleanses can then be bad for you, as they can tear your intestinal wall and eliminate a lot of good bacteria from your system, so they must be done in moderation.
I hope that answers the question.
Best,
Sebastian
