Chest

Hi Bas, My question today is about training my chest. It seems no matter how many upper chest exercises I do there is never any soreness. The rest of my chest feels the pain but not the upper portion, in particular top center. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

You need to make sure you keep your elbows out and go through a full range of motion. Some people tend to keep their elbows tucked in and this places more stress on the triceps.
