Biceps

Hey Bas it's your old highschool classmate AJ (Archie) anyhow is it normal for your biceps to bulge for a few days after working them? Especially near low close to where they join the elbow?

Absolutely. Especially with higher rep training or when you just get back into the gym. The torn muscle fibers that naturally result from training and the build up of lactic acid in the tissue will cause increase fluid build up in the muscle fibers. That makes them bulge a bit more, but at least you know your body is kicking into play now that you are on the program. Good stuff to hear.
